Refreshments

  • 21Km Half Marathon
    Refueling and sponging (interspersed) every 5 km.
    Personal refuelling: to be handed in (at the start area) within hours 09.30 on Sunday 24 September 2023, indicating the bib number. There are 3 stations: at km 5, 10 and 15.
  • 10km CityRun
    Refuelling at km 5 and sponges at km 2,5 and km 7,5.
  • Monte Brè Challenge Race
    Intermediate refuelling in Gandria.

After the finish, for all races, soft drinks, energy bars, mineral water, bananas and apples.

Time limits

  • "21Km Half Marathon" and "21Km HM RelayRun" time limit of 2h50'
  • "10Km CityRun" time limit 1h45'
  • "Monte Brè Challenge Race" time limit 2h30'

Participants of the Monte Brè Challenge Race have the possibility to have their rucksacks delivered to the summit of Monte Brè. (Van in the starting area).

Thanks to the support of Migros, a "Pasta Party" will be offered.
