Free travel on public transport in Ticino and Moesano, in 2nd class, for the return journey from 26 to 27 September 2026.
The validity of the ticket is guaranteed upon presentation of the registration confirmation e-mail together with a valid identity document.
For participants coming from beyond the Gotthard
You can take advantage of a 30% discount on 2nd class public transport travel using the discount code that will be sent at the beginning of August 2026 for the following routes:
- outward journey to Lugano between 25-27 September 2026
- return journey from Lugano between 26-28 September 2026
Those travelling on 26 and/or 27 September 2026 must purchase a ticket for travel by public transport only to/from the first/last train stop in Ticino/Moesano and present it together with the registration confirmation email and a valid ID document.
Please note that this offer is limited. The earlier you purchase your public transport ticket, the greater your chance of benefiting from the discount.
For participants coming from northern Italy
You can take advantage of a 30% discount on 2nd class public transport by purchasing an Arcobaleno cross-border ticket (Eurocity trains are excluded) using the discount code that will be sent at the beginning of August 2026, for:
- outward journey to Lugano between 25-27 September 2026
- return journey from Lugano between 26-28 September 2026
People travelling on 26 and/or 27 September 2026 must purchase the Arcobaleno cross-border ticket for travel by public transport only to/from the first/last train stop in Ticino and present it together with the registration confirmation email and a valid ID document.
