The LAC – Lugano Art and Culture centre was opened in September 2015. The LAC is a cultural centre for artistic production and the coming together of different arts, which aims to attract and inform a vast international public. Its mission is to promote understanding and interest for the visual arts, music, theatre and other artistic manifestations that it hosts.
Thanks to the mild climate of Italian Switzerland, it is possible to practice exciting sports all year round. While summer is made for water sports in the rivers and lakes or bicycle rides, winter is perfect for skiing and sledging.
